A Special Meeting was held on the call of Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard,
~ale H. Heinly, an~ Bob BreWer, at 1.00' P.M. January 29, 1~62, after
service of a ~ritten notice to Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard, Henry H.
Schlueter, Dale H. Hein~y, and Bob Brewer, and a telephone call to
~ayor A. A. Hall at Berkeley, California, and after service of a written
aotice to ~ustin News, a newspaper at 639 South "B" Street, Tustin; the
Register, a newspaper at 625 North Grand Avenue, Santa Aha; and the Santa
Aha Independent, a newspaper at 112 West Fifth Street, Santa Aha, more
than twenty-four hours prior to said meeting.
