A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SA/~TA ANA AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SUPPLEMENT
NO. 060 TO LOCAL AGENCY/STATE AGREEMENT NO. 12-5063
FEDERAL AID FUNDING FOR SEISMIC REHABILITATION OF
THE FAIRVIEW BRIDGE AT THE SANTA ANA RIVER.
WHEREAS, the city Council
identified improvements in seismic
priority; and
of the City of Santa Aha has
safety retrofit of highest
WHEREAS, Federal-Aid Funding in the amount of $501,900 has
been approved and allocated for implementation of such improvement
project; and
WHEREAS, City-matching funds in the required amount of
$215,100 have been programmed in the Fiscal Year 1991-1992 budget
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Santa Aha
resolves that Supplement 60 to Local Agency/State Agreement No. 12-
5063 shall be executed.
