A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
SUPPLEMENT NO. 061 TO LOCAL AGENCY/STATE
AGREEMENT NO. 12-5063 FEDERAL-AID SAFETY
FUNDING FOR HAZARD ELIMINATION SAFETY PROJECT
AT BRISTOL STREET AND HESPERIAN WAY.
WHEREAS, The City Council of the city of Santa Ana has
identified improvements in traffic safety as a transportation
objective of highest priority; and
WHEREAS, Federal-Aid Safety Funding in the amount of
$38,070 has been approved and allocated for implementation of this
improvement project; and
WHEREAS, city-matching funds in the required amount of
$9,230 are available in the Fiscal Year 91-92 Budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, The city Council of the City of Santa Ana
resolves that Supplement No. 061 to Local Agency/State Agreement
No. 12-5063 shall be executed.
