RESOLUTION NO. 92-027
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE CLERK
OF THE COUNCIL TO DESTROY OBSOLETE
VIDEOTAPES OF CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS
WHEREAS, Government Code Section 34090.7 the City
Council to prescribe a procedure under which of city
records less than two years old may be if they are no
longer required; and
WHEREAS, videotapes of City Council
Clerk of the Council primarily to facilitat~
