RESOLUTION NO. 92-029
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA DESIGNATING THE AGENTS
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZED TO
EXECUTE AN APPLICATION TO THE OFFICE OF
EMERGENCY SERVICES FOR FEDERAL AND/OR
STATE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS
FOLLOWS:
i. That David N. Ream, city Manager, or Debra Kurita,
Assistant City Manager, or Rod R. Coloma, Executive Director of
Finance and Management Services is hereby authorized to execute for
and on behalf of the City of Santa Ana, a public entity established
under the laws of the State of California, this application and to
file it in the office of Emergency Services for the purpose of
obtaining certain federal financial assistance under P.L. 93-288 as
amended by the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency
Assistance Act of 1988, and/or state financial assistance under the
Natural Disaster Assistance Act, for the flood which occurred in
February of 1992.
2. That the City of Santa Ana, a public entity established
under the laws of the State of California, hereby authorizes its
agent to provide to the State Office of Emergency Services, for
all matters pertaining to such state disaster assistance the
assurances and agreements required.
ADOPTED this 6th day of April , 1992.
