RESOLUTION NO. 92-046
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA ESTABLISHING FEES FOR
THE RESIDENTIAL RENTAL PROPERTY
INSPECTION PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City Council is adopting No. NS-2158 to
add Article XIV to Chapter 8 of the Santa Ana pal Code, to
establish the residential rental property .nspection program
whereby all residential rental properties the City will be
inspected for code compliance on a regular 'ear basis; and
WHEREAS, section 8-2719 of the

section 8-2719 shall be $55 per dwelling unit.
