RESOLUTION 92-064
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA TO AMEND THE CURRENT ANNUAL BUDGET TO
ADD A MANAGEMENT AIDE (UC) POSITION.
WHEREAS, on July 6, 1992, the City Council passed and adopted
Ordinance No. NS-2163, which establishes the City's Budget
authorizing position allocations for Fiscal Year 1992-93, and which
sets forth the requirement that alterations in the allocations of
authorized positions be reviewed and approved by the City Council;
and,
WHEREAS, the need has been identified for a community liaison
to assist in the coordination of the gang prevention program; and
WHEREAS, it is now desired to amend the Fiscal Year 1992-93
Budget in order to effect this change.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA:
1. That the Annual Budget for Fiscal Year 1992-93 be amended
by allocating one Management Aide (UC) position.
2. That, except as amended by this Resolution, all other
provisions of the Annual Budget for Fiscal Year 1992-93 shall
remain in full force and effect.
