RESOLUTION NO. 92-101
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA ESTABLISHING THE NUMBER OF
MEMBERS OF THE HUMAN RELATIONS COMMISSION AT
NINE MEMBERS.
WHEREAS, the city Council of the City of Santa Ana, by its
Resolution No. 84-99, adopted August 20, 1984, reorganized and
reestablished the Human Relations Commission of the City of Santa
Ana; and
WHEREAS, the city Council now desires to establish the number
of members of the Human Relations Commission at nine members;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA that section 5 of Resolution No. 84-99 is hereby
amended to read as follows:
The Commission shall be comprised of nine (9) members who
shall be qualified electors of the city. The provisions
of sections 901 and 901.1 of the Charter of the city of
Santa Aha shall govern the appointment, removal, and
terms of members of the Human Relations Commission and
existence of vacancies on the Human Relations Commission.
There is no other restriction on the composition of the
membership of the Human Relations Commission.
This Resolution shall be effective February
