RESOLUTION NO. 93- 014
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING THE
DESTRUCTION OF CERTAIN RECORDS IN
THE OFFICE OF THE CITY ATTORNEY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
ANA that the destruction by the city Attorney of the following
r.e~ords of the Office of the City Attorney is hereby approved, in
accordance with Government Code Section 34090:
(a) 1982-1988 Criminal files (closed)
(b) 1990 miscellaneous Municipal Court files (closed).
(c) 1987 miscellaneous US files (closed).
(d) 1990 ABC Protest files (closed).
(e) 1990 miscellaneous correspondence.
(f) 1990 miscellaneous General files (closed).
(g) 1988 miscellaneous Personnel Board files (closed).
(h) 1988 miscellaneous Superior Court files (closed).
(i) 1990 Workers Compensation files (closed).
(j) 1990 MAR & Small Claims files (closed).
