RESOLUTION 93-047
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA TO REVISE THE WATER RATES OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA EFFECTIVE JUNE 1, 1993.
WHEREAS, on July 1, 1992 the metered water rate of the City of
Santa Ana was established at $0.783 per 100 cubic feet by
Resolution 92-043 of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, it is now desired to maintain the metered water rate
of $0.783 per 100 cubic feet until May 31, 1993 and increase the
metered water rate to $0.822 on June 1, 1993;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
Effective June 1, 1993, the metered water rate of the city of
Santa Ana shall be set at $0.822 per 100 cubic feet.
ADOPTED this 3rd day of May , 1993.
