A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE
DIRECTOR OF THE PUBLIC WORKS AGENCY TO ENTER
INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA, DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION,
(CALTRANS) FOR STATE FUNDING FOR FIVE PROJECTS
UNDER 1992-1993 TRAFFIC SYSTEM MANAGEMENT
PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the City of Santa Aha has applied for State
funds to be used for five projects under the 1992-1993 Traffic
System Management Program; and
WHEREAS,
on June 3, 1993
projects; and
the California Transportation Commission (CTC)
has approved a funding allocation for these
WHEREAS, Caltrans has presented a master agreement with
five supplements to reimburse the City for the cost for design and
construction of these projects;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA that the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
authorizes the executive director of the public works agency to
execute in the name of the city of Santa Ana all necessary
contracts and agreements including the state local entity master
agreement no. TSM/FCR-5063 and the following program supplements:
