A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE
DIRECTOR OF THE PUBLIC WORKS AGENCY TO EXECUTE
CERTAIN PROGRAM SUPPLEMENTS TO THE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AND THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA REG;~RDING THE WESTMINSTER AVENUE,
FIRST AND FOURTH STREET IMPROVEMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
that the Executive Director of the Public Works Agency of the city
of Santa Ana is hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of the City
of Santa Ana, Program Supplements Nos. 045 Rev.1, 070, and 071 to
Local Agency-State Agreement for Federal-Aid Project No. 12-5063,
pertaining to the First Street at Santa Ana River and Fourth Street
from Lyon Street to Eastside Avenue improvements~ and the widening
of Westminster Avenue between Euclid Street and Fairview Street.
ADOPTED this 18th day of October , 1993.
