RESOLUTION NO. 94-063
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING THE SUBMITTAL OF PROJECTS
TO THE ORANGE COUNTY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY
FOR FUNDING UNDER THE COMBINED TRANSPORTATION
FUNDING PROGRAM
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA HEREBY RESOLVES,
DETERMINES, AND ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
THAT, WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana desires to implement the
transportation improvements listed below;
WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana has been declared by the Orange
County Transportation Authority to meet the eligibility
requirements to receive Measure M "turnback" funds;
WHEREAS, the City's Circulation Element is consistent with the
County of Orange Master Plan of Arterial Highways;
WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana will provide matching funds for
each project as required by the Orange County Combined
Transportation Funding Program Procedures Manual;
WHEREAS, the Orange County Transportation Authority intends to
allocate funds for transportation improvement projects within the
incorporated cities and the County;
NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Santa Ana
hereby requests the Orange County Transportation Authority allocate
funds in the amounts specified in the City's application to Santa
Ana from the Combined Transportation Funding Programs for the
following projects:
