A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA CERTIFYING THE ENVIRONMENTAL
IMPACT REPORT FOR THE RECLASSIFICATION AND
REALIGNMENT OF MAPLE STREET BETWEEN COLUMBINE
AVENUE AND ALTON AVENUE AND HALLADAY STREET
BETWEEN COLUMBINE AVENUE AND DYER ROAD, ADOPT-
ING FINDINGS REGARDING SUCH PROJECT PURSUANT
TO THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT,
APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE GENERAL PLAN TO
CLASSIFY SAID STREETS AS SECONDARY ARTERIAL
