RESOLUTION NO.' 95- 023
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA REVISING THE WATER
RATES OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
WHEREAS, the city Council of the City of Santa Aha is
authorized to establish the rates charge for water consumption by
section 31-21 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City
of Santa Ana as follows:
1. Effective July 1, 1995, the metered water rate of the City
of Santa Aha shall be $0.964 per 100 cubic feet.
2. Prior to July 1, 1995, the water rates set by Resolution
No. 94-035 of this Council shall remain in effect.
