RESOLUTION NO. 95- 034
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING THE LAND USE
ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN TO REDESIG-
NATE AN AREA LOCATED ON THE NORTH SI:
OF FOURTH STREET BETWEEN FRENCHAND
STREETS FROM MEDIUM DENSITY
TO GENERAL BUSINESS DISTRICT (GPA
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of City of Santa Ana,
after noticed public hearing, cons an amendment to the
General Plan of the City of Santa Ana. as set forth; and
WHEREAS, this Council has held
on said General Plan amendment;
noticed public hearing
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA that the "Land Use of the Land Use Element of
the General Plan of the City Santa Aha is hereby amended to
redesignate that area of shown on Exhibit A, attached
hereto and incorporated from the Density Residen-
tial'' category to the Business t" category.
