A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING A MITIGATED
NEGATIVE DECLARATION AND A MITIGATION
MONITORING PROGRAM FOR THE MINGS AUTO
REPAIR RELOCATION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Environmental Evaluator of the C~ of Santa Ana
has prepared a mitigated negative declaration a proposed
project consisting of the relocation of Mings Repair to 602
East Fourth Street and a related amendment to general plan (the
"Project") and a proposed mitigation monito! program for the
Project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY
