A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 95-022 TO CHANGE THE FEE FOR THE
RELEASE OF IMPOUNDED VEHICLES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the city of Santa Ana,
1995, adopted its Resolution No. 95-022, establishing
schedule of fees for the City of Santa Ana; and
on June 5,
a uniform
WHEREAS, included within said Resolution No. 95-022 is a fee
for the release of impounded vehicles, which was established by
said Resolution No. 95-022 at $48.00; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the said fee for
the release of impounded vehicles needs to be increased to $62.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA that the line referencing revenue account 5514 and
"Release of Impounded Vehicle-SAPD/Traffic" on page 22 of City
Council Resolution No. 95-022 is amended by deleting the figure
"48.00" and substituting in place thereof the figure "62.00."
