Council adopted a M/nute Order declaring its intention to enter into an agreement with the Santa Ana Unified School District wherein the City would transfer title to approximately six acres of property owned by the City and in return would receive approximately four acres owned by the School District and the difference in size of parcels to be paid to the City at the price for which the property was originally sold to the City. REIMBURSEMENT FOR EXCESS PAVING On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Councilman Schlueter and carried, Council received and approved a revised report from the Public Works Director, dated January 24, 1963, recommending increase from $3,943 46 to $4,954.13 for cost reimbursement for excess paving on Msmory Lane and Westwood Street in connection with Preliminary Map No. 249 and Variance No. 1627 There being no further business, on motion of Councilman Gilmore, seconded by Councilman Schlueter and carried, the meeting was adjourned at 8:32 p.m. DORIS M.
