RESOLUTION NO. 95-074
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
OF THE PUBLIC WORKS AGENCY TO EXECUTE A PROGRAM
SUPPLEMENT TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA REGARDING
THE WIDENING OF THE 17TH STREET OVERCROSSING AT
STATE ROUTE 55
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
that the Executive Director of the Public Works Agency of the City
of Santa Ana is hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of the City
of Santa Ana, Program Supplement No. 074 to Local Agency-State
Agreement for Federal-Aid Project No. 12-5063, pertaining to the
widening of the 17th Street Overcrossing at State Route 55.
ADOPTED this 6th day of November , 1995.
