RESOLUTION NO. 95-083
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE
DIRECTOR OF THE PUBLIC WORKS AGENCY TO ENTER
INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA, DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION,
(CALTRANS) FOR STATE FUNDING FOR TWO PROJECTS
UNDER FY 1994-1995 TRAFFIC SYSTEM MANAGEMENT
PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the city of Santa Ana has applied for State
funds to be used for two projects under the FY 1994-1995 Traffic
System Management Program; and
WHEREAS, the State of California, Department of
Transportation (Caltrans) on November 8, 1995 has approved a
funding allocation for these projects; and
WHEREAS, Caltrans has presented two program supplements
as part of the master agreement to reimburse the City for the cost
of PE phase (design) of these projects;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA that the city Council of the City of Santa Ana
authorizes the executive director of the public works agency to
execute in the name of the City of Santa Ana all necessary
contracts and agreements including the state local entity master
agreement no. TSM/FCR-5063 and the following program supplements:
Program Supplement No. 014, TSM95-5063 (006)
Program Supplement No. 016, TSM95-5063 (007)
