Home My WebLink About96-019 - Amending the Conflict of Interest Codes of Certain City Agencies and DepartmentsRESOLUTION NO. 96- 019 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING THE CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODES OF CERTAIN CITY AGENCIES AND DEPARTMENTS WHEREAS, the various offices, agencies and departments of the City of Santa Ana have maintained Conflict of Interest Codes pursuant to the Political Reform Act of 1974 (California Government Code sections 81000 et seq.) since the enactment of that law; and WHEREAS, the last comprehensive revision of the Conflict of Interest Codes of the various offices, agencies and departments of the City is set forth in city Council Resolution No. 94-008, adopted March 7, 1994; and WHEREAS, certain agencies and departments of the City now desire to amend their Conflict of Interest Codes in certain respects; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: 1. The amended Conflict of Interest Code of the Finance and Management Services Agency set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein, is hereby approved. 2. The amended Conflict of Interest Code of the Fire Department set forth in Exhibit B, attached hereto and incorporated herein, is hereby approved. 3. The amended Conflict of Interest Code of the Library Department set forth in Exhibit C, attached hereto and incorporated herein, is hereby approved. 4. The amended Conflict of Interest Code of the Personnel Services Department set forth in Exhibit D, attached hereto and incorporated herein, is hereby approved. Agency herein, The amended Conflict of Interest Code of the Public Works set forth in Exhibit E, attached hereto and incorporated is hereby approved. 6.
