RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
ANA REVISING THE WATER RATES OF THE CITY OF SANT~ ANA
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana is
authorized to establish the rates charged for water
consumption by section 31-21 of the Santa Ana Municipal
Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of
the City of Santa Aha as follows:
1. Effective July 1, 1996, the metered water rate of
the city of Santa Aha shall be $0.974 per 100 cubic feet.
2. Prior to July 1, 1996, the water rates set by
Resolution No. 95-023 of this Council shall remain in
effect.
ADOPTED this 1st day of April , 1996.
