A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SUPPLEMENT
NO. 053 TO LOCAL-STATE AGREEMENT NO. 12-5063 FOR
FEDERAL AID FUNDING FOR SEISMIC REHABILITATION OF
THE FAIRVIEW BRIDGE AT THE SANTA ANA RIVER
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana has identified improvements
in seismic safety retrofit of highest priority; and
WHEREAS, Federal Aid Funding in the amount of $245,500 has been approved
and allocated for implementation of such improvement projects; and
WHEREAS, there are no City matching funds required.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana resolves that
Supplement No. 083 to Local-State Agreement No. 12-5063 shall be executed.
