HomeMy WebLinkAbout96-061 -Property Located at 2400 South Grand Avenue097 RESOLUTION NO. 96- 061 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN WITH REGARD TO PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2400 SOUTH GRAND AVENUE TO INCREASE THE FLOOR AREA RATIO (GPA 96-5) WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana, after noticed public hearing, recommended approval of an amendment to the General Plan of the city of Santa Ana as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, this Council has held a duly noticed public hearing on said General Plan amendment; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA that the Land Use Element of the General Plan of the City of Santa Ana is hereby amended to increase the floor area ratio applicable to that area of the City shown on Exhibit 1 and 2, attached hereto and incorporated herein, from 0.40 to 0.45.
