RESOLUTION NO. 97-041
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA APPROVING THE SUBMITTAL OF FOUR
IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS TO THE ORANGE COUNTY
TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY FOR FUNDING UNDER THE BUS
STOP ACCESSIBILITY PROGRAM.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF S/LNTA ANA HEREBY RESOLVES,
DETERMINES, AND ORDERS AS FOLLOWS THAT:
(a) WHEREAS, the City of Santa Aha desires to implement the bus stop
accessibility improvement projects listed below; and
(b) WHEREAS, the Orange County Transportation Authority intends to
allocate funds for stop accessibility improvement projects within the
incorporated cities and the county.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City Council of the City of
Santa Aha hereby requests the Orange County Transportation Authority
allocate funds in the amounts specified in the City's application to the
said City from the Bus Stop Accessibility Program. Said funds shall be
used to aid the City in the improvement of the following bus stop
accessibility projects.
