The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. Roll call was answered by
Councilmen Harvey, Gilmore, Schlueter, Hubbard. Mayor Hall was absent.
Following the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag, the Invocation was delivered
by the Reverend W. C. Birmingham, Assistant Pastor of 0rangethorpe Methodist
Church, Fullert on.

HEARING - APPEAL The hearing was opened on an appeal
V.Ao 1752- TETER filed by Mason Teter fr~mthe

Variance Application 1752 to convert
a single family residence into business office facilities at 819 Spurgeon.
On motion of Councilman Schlueter, seconded by Councilman Harvey and carried,
Council referred the appeal on Variance Application 1752 back to the Plamuing
Commission, as requested by the applicant, and continued the hearing to 7:30
p.m., June 17, 1963, in the Council Cham~ers, Santa Ana City Hall.
