A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING SITE PLAN
REVIEW NO. 98-07 TO ACCOMMODATE AN
EXPANSION OF SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT NO.
63 AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1221 EAST
DYER ROAD
WHEREAS, the subject property is located at 1221 East Dyer
Road, within the Specific Development No. 63 zoning district, also
known as the Orange County Business Center; and
WHEREAS, the applicant desires to amend Specific Development
No. 63 to allow a variety of entitled uses; and
WHEREAS, in order to proceed with the construction, the
proposed office complex must conform with the 1995 California
Building Code and the Specific Development No. 63 guidelines; and
WHEREAS, the proposed site plan came before this Council for
approval at the meeting held on January 4, 1999.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTAANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. Based upon the evidence submitted at the abovesaid
meeting this Council finds and determines as follows:
That the site plan, as propose~, is compatible with the
architectural character and design criteria for styles found in
Specific Development No. 63 and will not be detrimental to the
harmonious development of the City or impair the desirability of
investment or occupation in the Orange County Business Center.
2. Site Plan Review No. 98-07 is hereby approved, as
proposed in Attachment A, attached hereto and incorporated herein.
