RESOLUTION NO. 99-032
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ~NA
REVISING THE WATER RATES OF THE CITY OF SA_NTA ANA
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Aha is
authorized to establish the rates charged for water consumption by
section 31-21 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Santa Aha as follows:
1. Effective July 1, 1999, the metered water base rate shall
be $1.039 per 100 cubic feet, and the metered water tail block rate
shall be $1.317 per 100 cubic feet.
2. Prior to July 1, 1999, the water rates set by Resolutions
Nos. 96-036 and 92-043 of this Council shall remain in effect.
