3. RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COLINCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA ESTABLISBING CERTAIN
COMMITTEES OF THE CITY COUNCIL.

WHEREAS, by Resolution No 98-091 the City Council created eight Council covmi~fittees for
the purpose of focusing greater Council attention on key priorities coming bffcm the Counciliv. ~he
future; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council seeks to amend Resolution 98-091to reorganiz~ and consolidate
the committees created, in order to improve efficiency and productivity of the committee process.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
From and ~er the date hereof, there shall be the following committees of the City
Council:
South Main Street Implementation Plan;
Public Safety;
Planning, Building and Development Services;
Downtown/Midtown/Artists Village/Museum District/Santa Ana Triangle;
Neighborhood Improvement/Code Enforcement; and,
Youth Development Committee.
2. Except as amended herein, Resolution 98-091 shall remain in full force and effect.
