RESOLUTION NO. 2000-027
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA TO AMEND THE CURRENT ANNUAL
BUDGET TO ALLOCATE TWO ADDITIONAL POSITIONS
IN THE PARKS, RECREATION AND COMMUNITY
SERVICES AGENCY
WHEREAS, on June 21, 1999, the City Council passed and adopted Ordinance
No. NS-2387, which establishes the City's Annual Budget, authorizing position
allocations for Fiscal Year 1999-2000, and which sets forth the requirement that
alterations in the allocation of authorized positions be reviewed and approved by the
City Council; and
WHEREAS, funds have been received from the Orange County Children and
Families Commission authorizing the hiring of staff in the Parks, Recreation and
Community Services to administer the "Early Action" expanded health program at the
Corbin Community Center; and
WHEREAS, it is now desired to amend the fiscal year 1999-2000 Annual Budget
to effect the addition of two positions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA:
That the Annual Budget for Fiscal Year 1999-2000, as amended, be
further amended by allocating one additional Community Center
Representative position and one additional Recreation Leader position.
That except as amended by this Resolution, all other provisions of the
Annual Budget for Fiscal Year 1999-2000 shall remain in full force and
effect.
3. That this Resolution shall be operative from and after April 16, 2000.
ADOPTED this1st day of May, 2000.
