RESOLUTION NO. 2000-048
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PROGRAM
SUPPLEMENT NO. 064-M TO LOCAL AGENCY/STATE
MASTER AGREEMENT NO. 12-5063 FOR UPGRADING
SCHOOL SIGNAGE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of Santa Ana does find, determine and
declare as follows:
The City Council has identified improvements in traffic safety as a
transportation objective of highest priority;
In 1997, the City received a federal grant through the Hazard Elimination
Safety program in the amount of $306,000 to improve school signage at 34
various schools; and
A resolution of the City Council authorizing execution of Program
Supplement No. 064-M is required for the City of Santa Ana to receive the
reimbursement.
SECTION 2: The City Council of the City of Santa Ana authorizes execution of
Supplement No. 064-M to the Local Agency/State Agreement No. 12-5063.
