RESOLUTION NO. 2000-066
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PROGRAM
SUPPLEMENT NO. 068 TO LOCAL AGENCY/STATE
MASTER AGREEMENT NO. 12-5063 FOR NEW TRAFFIC
SIGNALS
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana does find, determine and
declare as follows:
(a)
The City Council has identified improvements in traffic safety as a
transportation objective of highest priority;
(b)
In 1999, the City received a federal grant through the Hazard Elimination
Safety program in the amount of $240,000 to install two new traffic
signals; and
(c)
A resolution of the City Council authorizing execution of Program
Supplement No. 068-M, STPLHG-5063(052) is required for the City of
Santa Ana to receive the reimbursement.
2. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana authorizes execution of
Supplement No. 068-M to Local Agency/State Agreement No. 12-5063.
