A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA TO AMEND THE CURRENT ANNUAL BUDGET
TO REALLOCATE ONE POSITION IN THE PLANNING AND
BUILDING AGENCY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The City Council hereby finds, determines and declares as follows:
On June 18, 2001, the City Council passed and adopted Ordinance No.
NS-2474 establishing the City's Annual Budget for the Fiscal Year 2001-
2002, authorizing position allocations for the Fiscal Year 2001-2002 and
requiring that alterations in the allocation of authorized positions be
reviewed and approved by the City Council.
It is the City's goal to provide efficient and effective building inspection
services to the community.
C. It is now desired to amend the Annual Budget to effect this change.
Section 2: That the Annual Budget for Fiscal Year 2001-2002, as amended, is
hereby further amended by reallocating one (1) Plumbing Inspector position to one (1)
Combination Building Inspector position, at no change in salary rate range assigned.
Section 3: That except as stated otherwise above, this Resolution shall be
operative from and affer January 22, 2002
