OF TEE CITY COUNCIL
SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
March 26, 1965
The meeting was called to order at 10:00 a.m. in the Council Chambers,
217 North Main Street. Roll call was answered by Councilmen Royal E.
Hubbard, Harry H. ~tarvey, James Gilmore, Henry N. Schlueter and Mayor
A. Allen Hall.

The Clerk reported that notice of
the special meeting had been mailed
as required by law and evidence
thereto was on file.
POLICE DEPARTME~I' On motion of Councllm-n Hubbard,
INVESTIGATION seconded by Councilm~= Schlueter~
. and carried, Council recessed for
Executive Session at 10:OS a.m. to
discuss the City Manager's report regarding the James C. Bigler Police Department
Investigation Report. The meeting was reconvened at 2:27 p.m. with all
Councilmen present.
ADJ~T
The meeting was adjourned at 2:28
p.m. on motion of Councilman
Nubbard, seconded by Councilmau
Schlueter and carried.
