desire that the schedule for completion proposed by the Planning Director on
April 28, 1965 be met.
The Planning Director asked if the directive would also appl~ to the hearings
before the Planning Commission. Counc~lma~ Gilmore replied the Council was more
concerned with cc~plation of work by the consultants o Seconded by Councilman
Burk, the motion was adopted and the Planning Director stated he would so
instruct the consultants.

that the c~any's insurance coverage for Santa ~a expired January 6~ 1965 and
the City was in Jeopardy until insurance was reinstated. It was decided that the
City M---ger should place the company on ~8 hours notice to reinstate insurance
or cease operating in the city.
