October 4, 1965
The meeting was called to order at 1:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 217 N.
Main Street. Roll call was answered by Councilmen James Gilmore, Walter
Brooks~ Davis Burk, J. Ogden Markel, Tom McMichael, andMayor Harry H.
Harvey. Councilmau Wade Herrin was absent.
CLEK'S REPORT
The Clerk reported that notice of
the Adjourned Regular Meeting
had been posted as required by
law and evidence thereto was on
file in the office of the Clerk.
EX ECLWf IVE SESSION
On motion of Councilman~4arkel,
seconded by Councilman Burk and
carried, Council adjourned at
1:02 p.m. to Executive Session
for Personnel Board interviews.
ADJOURNMENT
The Council reconvened at 1:55 p.m.
and on motion of Councilman Mc~_ichael~
seconded by Councilman Brooks and
carried, the meeting was adjourned.
