Recitals: A. The parties entered into Agreement #N-2002-030, dated April 24, 2002, (hereinafter "said Agreement") by which Consultant has developed written examinations for certain employee positions in the Fire Department. B. The parties wish to Amend said Agreement to extend the term for an additional year. Wherefore, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this Second Amendment to Consultant Agreement, the parties agree as follows: Section 3, TERM, shall be amended to read as follows: "This Agreement shall commence on April 24, 2002 and terminate on June 30, 2004, unless terminated earlier in accordance with Section 12, below. The term of this Agreement may be extended upon a writing executed by the Executive Director of the Personnel Services Agency and the City Attorney."
