The meeting was called to order at 2:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers, 217
North Main Street, by the Assistant Clerk of the Council. There being no
Councilmen present, the Assistant Clerk of the Council declared the meeting
adjourned to 7:00 P.M., October 19, 1967, in the Council Chambers, 217 North
Main Street, and all public hearings continued to that ~lme and place.
