AMENDMENT TO CONSULTANT AGREEMENT
THIS AMENDMENT TO CONSULTANT AGREEMENT, is entered into on
November 20, 2002, by and between Exotic Languages Agency (ELA) Global
Dimensions ("Consultant") and the Santa Ana Empowerment Zone ("City").
Recitals:
A. The parties entered into Agreement N2002-158, dated November 1, 2002,
(hereinafter "said Agreement") by which Consultant has provided document
translation services
B. The parties wish to amend the effective date of said Agreement to include services
provided by Consultant from August 1, 2002.
Wherefore, in consideration of the covenants contained in the Agreement, and subject to
all the terms and conditions of the Agreement, except those amended in this Amendment
to Consultant Agreement, the parties agree as follows:
1. Paragraph 3, TERM, shall be amended to read as follows:
This Agreement shall commence on the date first above written and terminate on
June 30, 2003. In an effort to provide continuous service, those services provided by
Consultant from August 1, 2002 shall be included within the Scope of Services of this
Agreement. The term of this Agreement may be extended upon a writing executed by
the Executive Director of the Community Development Agency and the City
Attorney

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Amendment to
Consultant Agreement on the date and year first written above.
