COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ACTION
Motions:
1. Adopt Resolution No. CRA 2003-10 approving a Development
Agreement between the Community Redevelopment Agency and
Habitat for Humanity of Orange County for the development of
two single-family homes at 322 E. Adams Street.
Adopt Resolution No. CRA 2003-11 approving a Development
Agreement between the Community Redevelopment Agency and
Habitat for Humanity of Orange County for the development of
one single-family home at 641 E. Adams Street.

AGREEMENT WITH PAINT YOUR HEART OUT ANAHEIM, INC. TO
IMPLEMENT "PAINT YOUR HEART OUT SANTA ANA" PROGRAM
Direct the Agency General Counsel to prepare, and authorize the
Executive Director to execute, an agreement with Paint Your Heart
Out Anaheim, Inc., for minor rehabilitation and painting services in
an amount not to exceed $100,000.
