On motion of Councilman Carlson, seconded by Councilman Brooks and carried, Council authorized a: representative off the City Council to attend the next hearing in Sacramento to support the Orange County League of Cities' position on dissolution of the Orange County Harbor District, at City expense. CITY C ~JNC IL July 1, 1968 TAXI 0PERATOR'B PERMIT Bearing was opened on an appeal filed by Harold L. Lemasters from the Police Chief's denial of permit to operate a taxicab in Santa Aha. The appellant, Harold Lemasters, was present and answered questions of CounCil. The hearing w~s closed. On motion of Councilman Brooks, seconded by Councilman Thurmau and carried, permit to operate a taxicab in Santa Ana by Harold L. Lemasters was denied.
