NS-2638 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN THE AREA GENERALLY BOUNDED BY CIVIC CENTER DRIVE, RAITT STREET, BRISTOL STREET AND FIRST STREET FROM PROFESSIONAL (P), COMMUNITY COMMERCIAL (C1), LIGHT INDUSTRIAL (M1), TWO- FAMILY RESIDENCE (R2) AND MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDENCE (R3) TO SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (R1) (AA NO. 2003-05) THE CITY COUNCIL OF FOLLOWS: ANA DOES ORDAIN AS S~.ctinn 1. The City Council finds and determines that Environmental Impact Report (EIR) No. 97-1, previously adopted and certified by this Council, adequately addresses the impacts of this Project and that said EIR may be applied to this Project pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the State CEQA Ordiance No. 2638 Page 1 of 3 Guidelines. Pursuant to Title XlV, California Code of Regulations ("CCR") § 735.5(c)(1), the City Council has determined that, after considering the record as a whole, there is no evidence that the proposed project will have the potential for any adverse effect on wildlife resources or the ecological habitat upon which wildlife resources depend.
