The vendor has performed satisfactorily during the past contract period, and staff recommends the second renewal of the contract. No rate increase is proposed. FISCAL IMPACT Funds for the first six months of the contract term are available in the fiscal year 2003-04 Park Services, Library, and Community Development contractual accounts (account nos. 108-250-6291, 11-214-6291, and 67-615- 6291).
