RECOMMENDED ACTION
Renew the agreement with Mobile Access Software Inc. for the maintenance
and support of the Police Department's Access Software in an amount not to
exceed $51,000.
On June 1, 1998, the City of Santa Aha entered into an agreement with
Mobile Access Software, Inc. to provide software needed to allow
communications between the field units and the Police Department's Dispatch
Communications Center. This agreement renewal will provide for the
continued maintenance and support needed for this software. Mobile Access
Software, Inc. is uniquely qualified to provide these services as they
designed and implemented the system.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are available in the Computer Services Maintenance and Repair Account
· (account no. 11-338-6291).
