COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY SESSION
Chairperson Pulido declared a potential conflict of interest on Joint Item #4 because of
the interest of a former business partner in this project and he left the room. Vice
Chairperson Franklin assumed the Chair

REFUNDING BONDS AND
GRANT, LP
MULTI-FAMILY HOUSING REVENUE
LOAN AGREEMENTS WITH WAKEHAM-
HOUSING AUTHORITY ACTION
Motion:
Adopt a resolution authorizing issuance of multi-family housing revenue
refunding bonds in an aggregate amount not to exceed $6,000,000 for the
Wakeham-Grant Apartments, a California Limited Partnership, and
authorize the Executive director of the Housing Authority to execute all
documents as necessary.
