The FSS program, implemented by the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana in 1995, currently has 190 participants enrolled. In order to be competitive for future funding, Housing Authorities are required to have implemented FSS programs. The FSS funding is provided by HUD to help offset the increase in administrative costs associated with the implementation of the support programs. Housing Authority staff will facilitate the development of educational/training goals for program participants.
