Anaheim, CA 92807 $385,595 $45,000 11.7% $15,000 3.9% $60,000 15.6% 238-1 Change Order No.2 Project No. 1759, 1760, 1761, and 1762 May 3, 2004 Page 2 This proj ect provides for traffic signal system detection, including closed circuit TV, at various locations. As part of this project, the contractor installs conduit and pullboxes. During construction, the actual length of conduit and number of pullboxes that are to be installed were found to be more than the estimated quantity shown on the contract documents. There are approximately 50 additional pullboxes and approximately 1800 additional feet of conduit. Therefore, a change order is required to cover the extra costs exceeding the project contingency. ESTIMATED COST = $45,000 FISCAL IMPACT The estimated cost for the change order is $45,000. Funds are available in the Measure M Competitive fund (account no. 32-551-6631), the Select Street Construction fund (account no. 59-551-6631), and the Transportation System Improvement Area E fund (account 34-431-6631).
