DISCUSSION
to prepare and authorize the City Manager and
to execute an amendment to the agreement wi th
an amount of $70,000 for a total amount not to
PDS Technical Services is currently providing temporary engineering
services including design, drafting, and construction management services
for Capital Improvement Projects. These services augment City staff and
are required to complete the design and implementation of the City's
Capital Improvement projects. Staff recommends that the agreement with
PDS Technical Services be amended for an amount of $70,000 since their
services are required until the current contract ends in January 2005.
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
There is no environmental impact associated with this action.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds to pay for the temporary engineering services will be charged to
the various projects in the Capital Improvement Program.
