RECOMMENDED ACTION
Award a contract to Bingo Vision & Gaming, Inc. to provide bingo systems
for the Senior Centers in the amount of $15,322.05.
8 DISCUSSION
The Parks, Recreation and Community Services Agency operates bingo games
at the City's two senior centers, 3 to 5 days per week. The current
bingo systems used at the senior centers are over 15 years old and are
in need of replacement. The recommended action will allow for the
replacement of both bingo systems.
The notice inviting bids was advertised on May 5 and 7, 2004, and bids
were solicited. A summary of the bid invitations and bids received is
as follows:
